What data we process
The data you give us in the viewing request form (name, phone, email, preferred timing and message), the data you send us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and, only if you accept them in the cookie banner, browsing data (see our Cookie policy).
Why we use it
- To answer your request for information or a viewing of the Villadulce property.
- To send you the property documentation and follow up on your interest.
- With your cookie consent, to measure how the website is used and how well our ads perform.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with legal effects.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form or contact us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Analytics and advertising cookies are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as the property is on the market and, at most, two years after our last contact. After that, data are kept blocked only for the periods required by law.
Who can access your data
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting, email, contact management and digital marketing providers access it as data processors under contract.

If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google and Meta may process data in the United States. Both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@ikoniahomes.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
